Residencies Confirmed!

We are delighted to announce that Wild Rumpus and The Invisible Circus are supporting us in the creation of our show with two week week long residencies at their venues.

The Whirligig Forge will be very exciting, campng out in the woods of the Rode Hall Estate, we’ll be able to get a real feel for how the show works outdoors  and benefit from the experience of Wild Rumpus.

Our week at Unit 15 with the Invisible Circus will give us a great opportunity to polish the show and get ready for our performance at the Blysh Festival in Cardiff.

First Performance confirmed

We are very excited that the Blysh Festival in Cardiff has confirmed us for the 2nd of August, we’re looking forward to getting the show out of our heads and in front of an audience.

We are still busy working on funding applications and applying for more performance opportunities for this year.

A Forest scene

As well as Acrobatics and Aerial we also plan to integrate some of our mime and puppetry skills into the show, using found objects and the rig to help illustrate the story.

One of the valuable lessons we learned from our recent R&D was to consider the scale of the objects and how we can use the rig/set to our advantage in displaying the scenes to a widely set audience.
